मित्रांनो गेल्या पोस्टमध्ये मी सांगितले कि एकमेकांना रेफर केल्याशिवाय चांगली नोकरी पदरात पडत नाही. त्यासाठी आपले पंतप्रधान फार काही करू शकत नाहीत. आपणच काहीतरी करायला पाहिजे.
असो तर खाली पदांची भलीमोठी यादी दिली आहे, त्यातील ज्याला कोणाला कुठे जाता येईल व पाठवता येईल तिकडे जा आणि मित्रांना पाठवा.
आधीच सांगून ठेवतो नोकरी सौदी अरेबिया ह्या बुरख्याच्या माहेरघरी व कट्टर धार्मिक देशात आहे. तिथे ड्रेस कोड आहे, रात्रीच्या पार्ट्या क्वचित होतात, दारूबंदी आहे. आपण आपला धर्म कुठला हे विसरून तिथे जाणार असाल तर जाण्यास काही हरकत नाही. तसे आपल्यासाखे धार्मिकतेच्या नावाखाली रस्ते अडवणे, लोकांना ठोकणे असे प्रकार तिथे होत नाहीत हे आपल्यापेक्षा बरे आहे.
हे अरबी मोठे महाकंजूष आणि मक्खीचूस असू शकतात, आजच्या घडीला जगात मंदी आहे त्याचा फायदा उठवून हे लोक कामे बाहेर काढून स्वस्तात करवून घेत आहेत.
माझा एक अरबी बॉस रिफायनरीच्या एका कामात पूर्ण कंडम झालेला रिऍक्टर वापरायच्या हट्टाला पेटून बसला होता. त्या रिऍक्टरच्या आतील सर्व गंजून गेले होते. फक्त कवच शिल्लक होते पण त्या बाब्याने ते वापरलेच. लोक त्या रिऍक्टरजवळ काम करायला घाबरायचे!!!
तर हे असे आहे. नोकरीला अर्ज करताना माझा रेफरन्स दिलात तर मी तुम्हाची काही मदत करू शकेल. तर तसे करा. अर्ज कसा करायचा हे तुम्हाला माहित आहेच!!
